Lettering: 

Typed instructions are preferred. Trophy & Gift Center cannot be responsible for spelling errors on poorly hand written orders.

Logos:

Black & White camera ready artwork is preferred - faxed artwork is not acceptable for logo reproduction. Artwork can be emailed and should be in a graphic format (CDR, JPEG, TIF, BMP, EPS) and should be 300 dpi or better. Extra charges may apply for art clean-up. Minimum art charge is $25.00.

Production Time:

Normal Production time is 2-5 working days. Large quantities or special orders may require 1-6 weeks. Please contact us for verification.

Rush Service: 

Rush service is available. Some items may require extra charge. Please contact us for verification.

Returned Items: 

Returned items must be authorized by Trophy & Gift Center. Returns must be made within 15 days of date of receipt and may incur a restocking fee.

Shipping Charges:

$1.50 per shipping cartons plus freight charges

Claims & Damages:

It is the responsibility of the customer to make claims with the carrier. We will assist in every way possible.

Terms:

Net 30 days for customers with established accounts. Our minimum billing is $10.00. All other orders will be C.O.D. We gladly accept major credit/debit cards with a minimum sale of $5.00 for credit cards. A 50% deposit is required prior to production.

Cancellations & Charges: 

All cost incurred prior to cancellation will be billed. Orders changed after work is completed will be subject to additional charges.
